Data collected

• The form on the home page: your email address, the language of the page and the date of submission.
• Server logs: each visitor’s IP address, the page requested and the browser. They are kept for 90 days and are used to count visits and diagnose failures.

Purpose

Your email address is used for one thing only: to notify you when messaige opens. It is not sold, rented or used for any other mailing.

Legal basis

The processing of your address is based on your consent, given by submitting the form. You may withdraw it at any time by writing to the contact address above. Server logs are based on our legitimate interest in running and securing the site.

Retention

Your address is kept until you ask for its deletion, and at most three years after our last contact.

Hosting and recipients

The data is hosted in France by OVHcloud. Backups are stored at Cloudflare, in the European Union. The opening email will be sent by Scaleway, in France. No one else has access to it.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets a single functional cookie, messaige.language, which remembers the chosen language for one year. It uses no analytics tool.

Your rights

You may request access to your data, its correction or its deletion, and object to its processing, by writing to the contact address above. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr), the French data protection authority.
